Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped according to the selected option at checkout, the morning after they are placed. International shipping in select countries are available. LENA is not responsible for shipments after they have been sent to the shipping provider. Tracking information will be provided, and it is encouraged to reach out to the carrier for further assistance if need be.
